Highly recommend Gold Exchange Universe! I received incredibly professional service from Sam in a very pleasant atmosphere. The transaction took place in a private area, which felt secure and comfortable. The appraisal of my silver cutlery was handled efficiently, fairly, and strictly according to the price list. On top of that, there was a lovely warm welcome with a delicious cup of coffee. 100% recommended!

I came in today and honestly, could not have had a better experience. The staff was lovely, the gentleman who served me (I’m assuming was the owner, Sam) was efficient, professional and very easy to deal with. I had a variety of gold pieces, and he checked and weighed each one, to ensure I received the most from the sale. He also fit us in immediately, even though we had no appointment and I received cash on the spot. If I ever need to sell gold again, I will absolutely be going back here. Thank you so much!

Owner's reply

It’s fantastic that Sam, our esteemed owner, was able to assist you with professionalism and efficiency. We’re pleased he could accommodate you immediately and assure you of receiving the best value for your gold pieces. Your satisfaction and ease are exactly what we strive for with each customer visit. Should you decide to exchange gold in the future, we eagerly await the opportunity to assist you once more. Your kind words truly mean a lot to us and encourage our team to keep doing our best. Thank you for choosing Gold Exchange Universe!
